We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and make our contractor license information available so homeowners can verify who they are considering before work begins. Our goal is not simply to complete another construction project, we want this to give you the best homeowner experience possible.
ZZYZX Construction, Utah is a veteran-owned general contractor based in Roy, Utah. We help homeowners across Weber County, Davis County and nearby northern Utah improve how their homes look, function and support everyday life. Our work includes residential renovations, bathroom remodeling, composite and wood decks, outdoor living spaces, custom fencing, accessibility upgrades and aging-in-place remodeling.
Every project starts with understanding what you want to accomplish. We look at how the space is used,, talk through practical options and build a clear path forward. For larger renovations we coordinate the trades, materials and project details so you do not have to manage every moving piece yourself.
Residential Renovations
From kitchens and basements to full floor-plan changes and home additions, our residential renovations are planned as one coordinated project instead of a pile of disconnected trades. We consider structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and finishes together so the result works the way your household lives.
Decks & Outdoor Living
Northern-Utah homeowners spend months of the year outdoors, and a well-planned deck, patio or shade structure extends your usable living space. We build composite and wood decks, stairs, railings, patios and covered areas designed for our freeze-thaw winters, intense summer sun and the way your family actually uses the yard.
Custom Fencing
A good fence provides privacy, security, safe space for kids and pets and a finished look for your property. We design and install custom fencing and gates with attention to property lines, wind exposure, sloped yards, local rules and long-term maintenance.
Bathroom Remodeling
Whether you want a refreshed hall bath or a complete primary suite redesign, we plan layouts, waterproofing, ventilation, tile, fixtures and storage with durability and daily comfort in mind. We also build walk-in and curb-less showers for homeowners who want a safer, easier-to-use bathroom.
Aging in Place
Many Utah homeowners want to stay in the home and neighborhood they love. Aging-in-place remodeling adapts that home for comfort, safety and independence now and in the years ahead, often with changes that also make the house more welcoming and valuable.
